california's proposition 215 was passed to open the door to legalization and/or decriminalization of marijuana, not the increased criminalization of it (see: al gore's son) and as we all know it is not only unethical, but also highly illegal to intimidate voters before they vote -- but what about after?...i think we need to start thinking about filing a class-action federal civil rights case against the federal government for their questionable behavior regarding the initiative process (note: the clinton administration started the anti-legal marijuana backlash) ...
the bottom line is this: it seems almost every day the US government passes more useless laws that make us all sicker than sick (and/or ignores laws we like) but with prop 215 and other similar initiatives passed in other states, we have not only given them a taste of their own medicine; but we have also come up with a medicine that cures the collective sickness the US government causes within all of us - related post
