DECRIMINALIZATION vs INCARCERATION

i heard about arnold's talk of changing proposition 36, but incarceration clearly does not work - i have a friend who was incarcerated and/or tortured for a petty prescription fraud crime and he came out of jail a bigger mess than when he went in; he was not corrected by time in jail, he was instead traumatized by it...

arnold needs to go spend ten minutes locked in a jail cell, then tell the guard to hold off on opening the door for a minute or two when he askes to be let out - in fact; wait until he starts banging on the door a little, then let him out and ask him then how he feels about allowing non-violent people to rot in jail cells...

we all need to wake up and smell the coffee by realizing decriminalization of drugs over incarceration of addicts is the wave of the future, and MARIJUANA IS NOW A LEGAL MEDICINE which literally millions of people use (and will continue using) because the U.S. government clearly makes many people SICK!...
