a few years back a father of a US soldier told me the federal government allegedly punished the people of santa cruz for their 'anti-new world order dissent' back in 2005 by purposely practicing martial law in the santa cruz mountains and over the city of santa cruz as well 'just to see how the people would react' (go to: http://santacruz.indymedia.org/feature/display/13977/index.php) and - b) apparently martial law was put into effect many years ago here in america because of an isolated incident (911? katrina? the rodney king riots?), therefore making it that much easier for bush to 'sieze control' of the country whenever he pleases - i was also told about how 'the illuminati' has plans to allow american society to (once again - 1 2 3) decay to a level where the citizens will all get desperate and kill each other so the government does not have to do it for them (rising gas prices, food riots etc) and so the federal government can officially re-declare martial law as well - this same soldier has been repeatedly reprimanded by his commanding officer for the content of his phone conversations with his father...
which leads me directly to the deliberate spraying of santa cruz, and possibly the greater SF bay area -- HOLD YOUR HORSES - NOT SO FAST, PARTNER -- the people of santa cruz take pride in their organic lifestyles, and the government knows DAMN WELL what the are doing when they spray them, and the proof is in the last paragraph - spraying santa cruz is much like bombing an islamic mosque, or getting a blow job from the 16 year old daughter of a right-wing republican; IT IS AN UNFORGIVABLE SIN, BLASPHEMY AGAINST JAH (AND/OR GAIA OR GOD OR WHATEVER) AND THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! republicans know EXACTLY what they are doing, AND IT'S TIME TO BACK OFF!
