A MESSAGE TO CHUCK NEVIUS OF THE SF CHRONICLE:
i heard about that homeless guy in SF who has been considered a public nuisance - well first off; an old lady who recently passed away told me back during the military-industrial complex dominated 1980s (the 'me' generation) neighbors did not seem to care about each other, and believe it or not; we are in one of those evil and heartless eras right now...
during these republican (and/or 'illuminati') dominated eras, people are forced down into their neo-cortexes by inflation (and/or greed and/or violence) and start acting like lower mammals once again - this in turn leads to barbarism and/or the devolutionary return to basic survival mentalities - for example; the vigilante justice aspect of 'public nuisance' determinations shows just how barbaric and uncivilized humans can be towards their fellow humans - mob rule used to bring justice, and apparently it still does...
(for instance; with a sword touched lightly upon my head by the queen [and/or mayor] of santa clara at a year 2000 santa clara city council meeting, i received official permission to feed illegally misplaced ducks in the city of santa clara - and now years later after other substantial waterfowl habitats have been paved over, the ducks numbers have increased, and now i am a considered to be nuisance?! [after the SCPD conspired to cover up several attacks which incurred against me? i don't think so] at this point; i think they are trying desperately to protect their city coffers, and will stop at nothing to do so - they fucked up really bad, and now they are trying to deflect it upon me - see how crooked our local government is, chuckie? - you know; there is a real reason santa clara county is considered ONE OF THE WORST IN THE STATE when it comes to justice departments -- go to: http://likroper.com/TAKE-ACTION2.html)
anyway; the grossly overpopulated human species is acting selfish as usual, as not only have they turned their backs on their minority population of ducks, but they are also discriminating against their seemingly one and only human friend!? you know; the first song i ever played in front of an audience on the drums was 'FREE BIRD' by lynyrd skynyrd, and this song has somehow inadvertently become the soundtrack of my life...

you know; why is when the near-dead skeletal remains of homeless folks start piling up on the sidewalks; instead of getting angry at the corporations and/or governments who have caused the mess; we instead get angry at the victims of this self-imposed holocaust and wrongfully demonize these afflicted folks!? doesn't that make many of us almost like nazi prison guards?...
i think the battle of the next 100 years will be between the haves and the have-nots; the placed and the displaced; and the compassionless and the compassionate - the bottom line is this: i have a true heart, and i would rather be dead than live without it, chuckie - that's what makes me truly baddass...
