due to the fact that; 1) the bush administration illegally siezed the presidency in 2000; 2) stacked the courts in their favor; 3) then rigged the 2004 election -- i have no respect for ANYTHING the supreme court says or does at this point in time - as far as i am concerned; our democracy is in shambles and our duopolistic up-for-sale government is nothing more than a bad joke - supreme court decisions are not to be interpreted as being broad and sweeping; as their decisions only apply to the cases at hand, therefore all other unique societal situations need to be sorted out separately - 'broad and sweeping' supreme court decisions can also be interpreted as being 'lazy and unwilling' to spend the time it takes to sorts out the various problems that exist within our increasingly complex society, in a fair and equitable fashion...
