i heard about the california supreme court opening the door to tobacco lawsuits from smokers and/or ex-smokers, but i think we should instead focus upon the chemicals of non-consentual exposure (in other words; chemical in which people have no choice in being exposed to) like the roughly 70,000 + semiconductor industry chemicals in the air and ground/water in the silicon valley...
