we all know it is ridiculous to criminalize riding your bike while drunk, as this is a safe alternative to driving and cheaper than a cab, so what knucklehead made it illegal? - PLEASE ASK GOVERNOR ARNOLD TO MAKE DRUNK BIKE RIDING LEGAL IN CALIFORNIA ONCE AGAIN @ governor@governor.ca.gov - THANKS!
