MESSAGE TO THE HISTORY CHANNEL: i have always gotten the distinct feeling that the history channel is really just a long arm of the US government, seemingly reacting to the daily events with pre-packaged propaganda of sorts to further a pre-packaged agenda - and now that we are starting another military incursion, the history channel seems to be working hard once again to glorify either gang violence (perhaps to cause it's uprise once again and/or cause much needed 'illuminati' chaos') and/or military violence as the prison/military industrial complex kicks back into high gear once again...

yes; republican eras and/or gang violence seem to go hand in hand as gangs practice on the street what the military wants them to do overseas > gangs are largely due to unemployment and/or class warfare waged by republican eras to decimate and/or destroy the bridge of the middle class, to keep poor people poor and make rich people richer; therefore ensuring more low income-related gang violence in the future to fill the ranks of the military, and/or fill prisons for cheap labor; etc etc etc - in fact; my neighbor's son was in a gang and got caught; they gave him two choices; go to prison; or go into the military - he is now a high ranking marines officer who has been on several missions to iraq and afghanistan...

a few years back my neighbors' son was busted for being in a gang and was given two choices; go to prison or join the military - and he chose the marines -- it then occurred to me there must be a very real connection between the rise of the military, and the rise of gangs -- for instance; 1) both the military and organized crime reward people for their violence; 2) both organizations are based upon combative and territorial us-against-them mentalities; 3) both use intimidation to get their way, 4) both are run in a heavy-handed, top-down fashion with limited liberties and freedom of speech; and 5) both are at least partially funded through the use of extortion (see also: taxation) - adding to this, the decline in education funding leads directly to an increase in illiteracy, which leads directly to either the military/industrial complex and/or the prison/industrial complex (and/or the restaurant/industrial complex)...

NOTE: college education and/or education in general is obviously a good thing, but it also can have its' downsides - for instance; what is seen by some as the 'white superiority complex' is often nothing more a product of overeducation and the ensuing condescension it can bring on -- it seems when you pack a whole bunch of excessive education into someone's head (as opposed to INTELLIGENCE and/or EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE; something i have always naturally possessed) and/or money into someones' wallet; it tends to make them think they are better than those who are less educated ~ and therefore makes them feel they deserve more from government etc as well (watch some of these highly educated people standing in line for water and food after the next big natural disaster; they will be screaming the loudest)

i have been talking to someone lately who has done dirty work for every three-letter agency in the book; the CIA, FBI, DEA etc etc etc - this person has parachuted into foreign countries to do unspeakable things to people viewed as being 'trouble' to the united states (rebel leaders etc)...

you see; shortly after i passed out thousands of flyers to neighbors warning them of secret plans to pave the peterson field; i ended up with pigeon spikes on a light post near my home - likely the only light post with pigeon spikes in the entire city! and all for one particular activist...

i talked to a street worker who was installing street lights one day shortly after the spikes were installed, and he said the pigeon spikes were ordered through, and expedited by; THE SUNNYVALE CITY COUNCIL!? it turns out the council seized opon a crumb of neighborhood dissent to purposefully create more much needed division within our neighborhood [click here]...

anyway; one week after i filed a wrongful arrest lawsuit against santa clara police officer pablo lopez on june 14th, 2007 regarding an incident which had occurred exactly one year earlier [click here & here], he showed up at my front door with a gun, threatening me for filing a lawsuit against him [Section 1981 of Title 42 (Equal Rights Under the Law) & click here] and contained within the lawsuit was a video sequence of one of my various lame attackers ADMITTING TO HIS ATTACK [click here & here] and this smoking gun exculpatory evidence was ignored by not only GEORGE HILLS, INC - but also THE CITY OF SANTA CLARA and eventually even hearing officer LOUIS AMADEO JR!? NOTE: mister amadeo is a contract employee, so there is no way in hell he was going to give me a favorable judgement which could lead to a lawsuit and his eventual firing, making mister amadeo the wrong person to decide on a case like this...

furthermore; i called the sunnyvale police departments' non emergency hotline on the thursday before this happened, warning them of a gang of punks wandering through our neighborhood, and not only did they fail to show up, but they also blamed me for this attack by citing my freedom of speech as the source of my troubles!? (and they did this in front of several witnesses, one of which is the son of a veteran sunnyvale cop!?)

NOTE: while i have talked to the gang of punks from the court since this incident, i still think that one of their friends is responsible for the vandalism - it just rings in my head that cop saying "you're a troublemaker!" due to my filing of the lawsuit, so i am almost 100% certain that the SC cop 'brotherhood' got together and colluded against my actions - that is where the expression PIG originated from...

the following monday after this happened, i received my lawsuit rejection letter from george hills, inc - so is anybody stupid enough to think that this did not occur due to the lawsuit i filed? is anybody really stupid [and/or naive] enough to think that pablo lopez and/or these people did not have something to do with this? face it folks; we are a country in denial because shortly after 911, the FBI admitted to 25 years off actively destabilizing activists, and the USA patriot act made this dirty little secret into LAW!?

On thursday september 6th, 2007 an administrative hearing (regarding a $50 ticket issued to rebel duck feeder lik roper) was held at the city of santa clara - officers gabby seagrave and pablo lopez used 4 of lik roper's attackers as 'witnesses to duck feeding' (laughable) and two of the attackers even had the gall to show up at the hearing (click here - see men in photo) - the hearing officer louis amadeo, jr. said he saw nothing wrong with mister roper's actions, yet ultimately decided against him anyway!? (due to a fit thrown by seagrave - political payback is a bitch [named gabby seagrave]) - the opposition's witnesses were; 1) denise olenak, a local lesbian with a bad attitude who has always sort of been non-existent in neighborhood affairs (apparently this was her one chance for revenge - denise probably knows officer seagrave from the savoy - a local lesbian bar); 2) terry kraemer (a red-faced, drunk and balding dude from down the street) and; 3) fred olenak (these men are two of roper's attackers - click here); and 4) virginia olenak even showed up to whine and complain a bit as well...

three people appeared on mister roper's behalf, including a long-time family friend of mayor patricia mahan, and a really nice lady who lives down the street from mister roper - an entire history of events has been included in a word file (CLICK HERE) this contains supressed evidence that was for some reason suspiciously passed over and ultimately ignored by hearing officer louis amadeo jr....

(click here - when mister roper initially met louis amadeo jr., he felt like louis was someone who would finally step up to the plate and do the job like it should be done [shouldn't evidence of a crime be acted upon no matter when the evidence appears? - only if it doesn't ruin the city's chances to squash a costly lawsuit], but apparently louie is just some mediocre hearing officer/lawyer subjugated to a side room [a 'fixer' lawyer?], and maybe there is a reason for this, i don't know - one thing i do know is this; there is real reason santa clara county is considered the worst justice department in the state of california - you know; during the 1960s civil rights era; african americans and other minorities used to appeal to higher courts in order to bring justice, but now caucasians are often being discriminated against by crooked cops who are either sexist lesbians and/or racist latinos [etc] like officers seagrave and lopez - and while this particular case is relatively insignificant, the obvious lying on the part of Seagrave and Lopez is likely the tip of a HUGE iceberg, so how many people are in jail for serious crimes they did not commit?)...

mr. and mrs. olenak, terry kraemer - and the sunnyvale and santa clara police departments [as well as city of santa clara coffers] all had something to lose if they did not lie, because a serious civil rights lawsuit had recently been filed against the city of santa clara (and officer lopez) for the wrongful arrest of mister roper, and the city of santa clara took out all the stops to nip this troubling development at the bud (in fact; officer lopez showed up at the september hearing and repeatedly walked by roper while letting his billy clubs go clank-clank-clank in an obvious [lame] attempt to intimidate him, and officer seagrave made a bunch of [lame] threats she cannot legally follow through with, and even coached the 'witnesses' on how to file a lawsuit!?) > please sign the petition to immediately terminate the employment of santa clara police officers PABLO LOPEZ AND G. fortunately; mister olenak could not control his mouth during the hearing and admitted to his attack in front of mister roper's three witnesses, which will help his case later on (while it is unfortunate; officer seagrave has now sucked herself into the lawsuit fray along with pablo due to her latest questionable actions) > as mister roper left the room, he flashed a lennon-esque nazi salute to seagrave and lopez...

IN THE END; all of mister roper's evidence was passed over and $230.00 dollars was ultimately extorted out of him for essentially being attacked several times (?!) and this is precisely why the entire history of events is being included for all to see CLICK HERE (after being covered up by a variety of agencies; everybody from george hills inc., to the city of santa clara) - it is high time to let the truth be known > note: mister roper was instructed by the hearing officer to give a copy of his case file report to the city clerk, but not only was he unable to do this due to the sensitivity of certain uncopyable documents (which have not been added to this blog report due to security reasons), but also; what would be the point in that? all they would do is cover it up again! - the bottom line is this: while these key pieces of material evidence strongly refute the police report in question; all the police have is hearsay evidence which will clearly not hold up in court - and since key elements of their report is flawed, THEN THE WHOLE DAMN POLICE REPORT IS FLAWED - while all mister roper has done is tell the same story over and over again (why is it when the government has strong material evidence [other than hearsay] against an individual, the government pursues it agressively; but when an individual has strong material evidence [other than hearsay] of government misconduct; the government aggressively denies it? - click here)

BUT! civil rights marches should be to protect the civil rights of ALL citizens, regardless of ethnicity - as just because the african american community apparently tends to find a certain level of violence within their society acceptable, and even seems to go out of their way to protect their violent gang members to sustain a certain level of 'acceptable' violence (see: crime statistics and gang injuctions) there is still no excuse for anyone of any color to commit a violent hate/crime against another...

as a caucasian american, i was violently attacked several times by other caucasian americans, and if i didn't defend myself as i did, i could have a crushed skull etc, but luckily i am badass enough to defend myself (except for the two hateful midget cops which i could have held off with one arm, and while the law does not allow for me to do this, it does allow for damage$ from the various wrongful injuries incurred during the wrongful arrest)...

but! I CANNOT IMAGINE being attacked by several blacks, then having a civil rights march to legitimize the violence incurred against me!? - so where are all the african americans marching for me and my stomped-on civil rights? - why are those violent african american students being treated so harshly while the caucasian americans who attacked me are being let off the hook? - what the fuck is up with that shit?...you know, i stand up for african americans all the time, so who's standing up for me? - 'civil' rights are largely based upon civil behavior, and violence in any shape or form is unacceptable in a civilized society [Hollywood] and i knew this back in the 2nd grade!?...

the bottom line is this: violence within society largely legitimizes violence within police culture, as one tends to feed the other, so we must all work to stop this violent cycle...

Ex-Santa Clara Mayor Judy Nadler is now a Senior Fellow of Government Ethics at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics at Santa Clara.

As Mayor of Santa Clara, she gave Mr. Lik Roper permission to feed illegally displaced ducks in Santa Clara at an October, 3 2000 city council meeting, but repeated attempts to get clarification of this event in writing have gone unanswered.

And since former Santa Clara Mayor Judy Nadler is now a Center senior fellow, with responsibility for programs in government ethics and ethical leadership, shouldn't she be returning his emails? Wouldn't that be the ethical thing to do? Apparently not, because she won't answer back.

As mayor, Nadler worked with the Ethics Center to develop a Code of Ethics and Values for Santa Clara. In 2002, the city received the Helen Putnam Award from the League of California Cities for its program, "Infusing Political Campaigns with Community Ethics and Values." So what happened?

during the spring of 2006, i was attacked various times while feeding ducks, but for some reason the local police failed to arrest anyone!? - i was then wrongfully arrested and/or had my civil rights violated by santa clara police officer PABLO LOPEZ , and filed a lawsuit one year to the day after this event against the city of santa clara and/or officer lopez (a latina lady received a quiet out of court settlement of $44,000 for merely being made to shake her breasts in front of a cop; but i got attacked various times with no arrests made, then thrown to the ground and bloodied up by cops - so where's my quiet out of court settlement? - oh yeh i forgot, i'm a caucasian) and although i had not heard from the santa clara police department for an entire year after this (initial bungled character assassination attempt); officer PABLO LOPEZ tried to intimidate me by showing up at my door with a gun one week after i filed the complaint, telling me i would be arrested if i ever fed the ducks again in santa clara (even though; a] the assistant santa clara county D.A. took an official leave of absence from her job the day of the wrongful arrest; b] no charges were ever pressed against me; and c] officer pablo lopez apologized to me upon my release from the holding cell - etc) - i then requested a hearing regarding a $50 ticket i later received for feeding ducks, and (in another bungled character assassination attempt) the santa clara police department fabricated evidence to cover up their own misdeeds, then used one of my attackers, MISTER FRED ONELAK (see photo above) as their only witness!? (worry not; various allied members of the community are attending the hearing on my behalf)...

the first time officer lopez came to my door with officer seagrave, i told him that mister olenak had made threats towards me, and officer lopez's response was; "what? are you afraid of him?" - then! MISTER FRED OLENAK not only later attacked me, but he also admitted to the crime while a video camera was rolling!? WASTING TIME IN SANTA CLARA - PART II

Last week Metro wrote about how Santa Clara Mayor Patricia Mahan was caught on tape muttering a warning to stadium opponents that they were wasting their time. Somehow this resulted in a certain amount of anti-government cynicism among local citizens who spoke at that July 17 meeting. It must be going around over there, 'cause another vocal Santa Clara group has been getting the "You're wasting you're time" vibe as they pushed their cause for over two years without budging the mayor or other city leaders. Save BAREC activists, who have opposed a large-scale housing development on an old 17-acre research farm that's still open space, took a huge blow when the City Council finally voted to rezone the agricultural property for residential use last month. It might have meant the end for most citizen groups, but these folks never say die. They had only 30 days to collect nearly 8,000 signatures for a referendum, which will force the council to reconsider their decision or let voters weigh in on the zoning change. Activist Kirk Vartan said his group had nearly 60 volunteers helping with the effort. The registrar of voters has verified over 10,000 signatures, more than enough to put the zoning change back on the council's agenda at their next meeting on Aug. 21. Says Vartan on the idea that his public input time could have been put to better use: "I hope the City Council will see they made a mistake by not really listening to the citizens."

NOTE: when i turned in my claim file to the city of santa clara regarding my lawsuit against them, i noticed that ron diridon jr. now works in the city clerk's office - and since he once told me to call him if i ever needed any help, i decided to take him up on it...i called him at the city clerk's office (since he was at the city council meeting where the ex-mayor gave me permission to feed the ducks) and asked him if the footage from the meeting where i spoke was available - he said all speakers at city council meetings are recorded and archived, and if i wanted to get a copy of the footage, i had to put in a request for it...but when i put in my request for the video footage, all i got was a microsoft word document which had no mention of the mayor giving me permission to feed the ducks, and was also told that after 6 months, all footage is destroyed unless an official request is put in for it!? - so why did ron diridon tell me the video footage from that council meeting would be available when it clearly is not, and was the footage evidence illegally destroyed?

traffic calming measures should be paid for by the developer ~ when the development occurs; as any time a developer ruins a neighborhood [click here] by choosing to put a behemoth structure close by (a structure which will ultimately generate thousands of new cars in the human environment) that developer must be held accountable for the mess created...

increasing traffic officers is ultimately much more expensive in the long run than installing traffic calming measures, and only creates an unstable neighborhood vibe in the end - i have found that traffic cops rarely do their jobs as required, and in the end ultimately end up creating a nazi police-state like atmosphere - either that or they get lazy and bored with their cakewalkin' jobs, and end up burning out - $75,000 dollars a year is a whole lot to pay for someone who spends most of their time sitting on their ass, waiting for something to happen...

the one-time investment in permanent traffic calming measures is the most cost efficient and effective solution to the neighborhood speeding problem (there are many options; including very low cost solutions such as temporary, movable speed humps etc) creating double fine zones in all neighborhoods would be a good start, but this must start at the county, state or federal level first, to make the broad, sweeping changes that are necessary (and cancelling next years' gran prix race wouldn't hurt either)...

i have lots of evidence that i am being surveilled by a various government and commercial entities - for instance; i have been under almost constant surveillance since starting my only good newsletter in the early 1990s (see: LRE NOTE below) and how do i know this? well...

1) the day after i first emailed then SF mayor willy brown about some political matter, there was a car sitting on the street outside my house, and being the archie bunker-ish bigot that my neighbor mister olenak is; he called the police about an unidentified asian man suspiciously sitting in a car outside his house - turns out the suspicious asian man was a government detective!?

2) when i was delivering BAM magazine at the san jose airport many years ago - the 'illuminati'-controlled media was whipping the public into a divisive, race-based frenzy as usual, so i got fed up at the mean stares i was getting from 'minority' drivers on the road (note: everyone is an individual therefore everyone is a minority) and wrote 'WAKE UP - RACISM SUCKS' in the dust on my back window - a few days later governor wilson ran a TV ad that started out with 'WAKE UP - vote no on proposition 25' etc (i'm not sure about the proposition number, but i'm sure where the WAKE UP part of the message originated)

3) another good example is this; i recently posted COPS WHO SPY @ http://likroper.com/ in THE BACK DOOR SECTION, and the very next day my neighborhood was literally swarming with about 10-15 sunnyvale police squad cars, and some of the cops were giving me angry stares...

4) another instance was when i recently broke out my recording equipment to record bass tracks for a 'new' song (a song that is essentially a trade secret which in theory should be just that; a secret) it's lyrics were written long ago by my buddy jim - it's called 'you must be crazy' and it's about his parents' divorce - a few days after recording the initial bass tracks, saturn ran a car commercial that had 'YOU MUST BE CRAZY' written in big letters across the TV screen (and there are many other instances where i can prove surveillance as well, in fact; too many to mention)

i heard about the latest decision regarding the fate of the SF parrots, and in light of this you all should seriously consider the following: 1) birds need approximately 1/3 of their bodyweight in order to remain active and survive in cold temperatures, and due to the fact that you have birds from a tropical region where the temperatures never reach such low levels as in SF, the SF parotts are a unique case where indefinite supplemental feeding may be necessary, and i suggest creating some viable parrot habitat in the meantime...

my suggestions are: 1) make golden gate park a restricted wildlife zone off-limits to humans, then plant perrenially seeding plants to provide food for the birds; or 2) demolish the transamerica building and create a bit more habitat there as well; or 3) create viable habitat out on alcatraz and/or angel island (24-7/365 day per year food source[s] and shelter to offset the climate/temperature problem); then literally move some of the birds out there so they can visit the peninsula if they choose; 4) and while you're at it; stop feeding the homeless; 5) stop allowing AIDS patients to smoke the only thing that makes them hungry even though the federal government purposefully poisoned them all; 6) stop sending out welfare checks as well; and 7) if i think of any more ideas i will tell you...

by the way; i feed ducks down here in the south bay and most of these ducks were being fed long before me, and many of the ducks in my adjacent vicinity actually have been fed since they were tiny tots - but they still were taught to forage by their mothers, so it is wrongful to assume that animals 'lose their ability to forage' - this is nonsense; as when plan A fails, they resort to plan B; but the problem is that plan B for ducks quite often equals digging their bills into polluted river mud and/or chemical-laden apartment complex lawns; so supplemental feeding of these particular birds is absolutely necessary for their health and survival (besides; during the pro-environmental clinton era; it was established that backyard habitat is one of the many alternative solutions to rampant building development)...

the bottom line is: humans are going to have to become resigned to the fact that the more they encroach into wildlife territory, the more they will have to live together with non-predatory wildlife in their midst - there is no other humane course of action...

and just remember that while many SF residents will comply with your latest 'nazi death camp bird starvation order'; many will not - you will be just increasingly radicalizing a whole group of pre-radicalized SF radicals...

well well, theresa catalano @ 408-873-2100, so YOU'RE the one who had my civil rights violated last year; which led to the santa clara and sunnyvale police both ignoring mounds of my own personally gathered exculpatory evidence showing proof of various attacks against me by various neighborhood folks (let alone the many witnesses who are willing to show up in court to testify on my behalf; people the cops did not seem to be interested in talking to at the time - i also found out that mister olenak had an angry run-in down at the peterson field with some other dog walkers awhile back; people who i am going to try and track down to get some sort of statement from - you know; why is it if my chinese or mexican neighbors got attacked by mister olenak, it would be considered a hate crime? i'm sick of the double standards; HATE IS HATE - and speaking of HATE; is that why officer PABLO LOPEZ was negligent in dealing with the verbal threats mister olenak made to me before his attack? - and why is it if this same kind of chain of events happened to ANY person in government, there would be enough evidence for prosecution - but when it is me, there's not enough? do government people think their lives are more important than ours, or what?) - causing the assistant DA to step down, etc? - YOU'RE the one who (illegally?) garnered my personal information and sent me a letter out of the blue?; well well; then i will likely be calling YOU into court to ask you a few questions about how all of this came about...

In politics and sociology, divide and rule (also known as divide and conquer) is a combination political, military and economic strategy of gaining and maintaining power by breaking up larger concentrations of power into chunks that individually have less power than the one implementing the strategy.

In reality, it often refers to a strategy where small power groups are prevented from linking up and becoming more powerful, since it is difficult to break up existing power structures.

Effective use of this technique allows those with little real power to control those who collectively have a lot of power (or would have much more power, were they able to unite).

LRE NOTE: it should be no surprise to anyone that governments still use the divide and conquer technique to control people, and i have first-hand experience with it - for instance; there have been ducks in our neighborhood for many years...the local apartment complexes have duck ponds and the ducks naturally fan out and visit the local neighborhoods in the springtime...about 12 years ago, 3 broods of baby ducks were brought to my property by their mother as a safe haven for them - i walked them home every night back to the lake terrace apartments until hawks caught on and started picking them off on the way to and from my house...

regardless, these ducks have an imprint on this property and the females return with their boyfriends and brothers every spring...i even got both the city of santa clara and sunnyvale to install duck crossing signs at one point, and the mayor of santa clara gave me permission to feed the ducks at a city council meeting when they okayed the illegal destruction of the 1333 lawrence expressway pond (a pond that looks like it will be restored, but i'm not sure yet)

meanwhile; one day after emailing the city of sunnyvale for many months complaining about speeding in my neighborhood, i almost got run over and attacked by an irate neighbor (who has thankfully since moved away)...

i received a bogus restraining order for being attacked and almost run over through the friendly neighborhood resource officer (who has since been fired) and this was the beginning of my experience with divide and conquer government tactics...this planted a 'necessary' seed of distrust within some neighbors so that i would have less of a chance of winning a lawsuit against the city for their negligence...

a few years passed and along came the prospect of housing development in the peterson field...i flyered up the neighborhood and got everyone to go down to a closed city council session, then get turned away to the library across the street...the developer was pissed off and the sunnyvale government was up in arms about a disclosure which showed them being caught with their hands in the proverbial cookie jar...

a few weeks later the sunnyvale city council okayed spikes on a light pole right by my house by request of a neighbor who (before this) i considered to be a close ally and friend - this immediately ruined my relationship with the family, and this was the second application of city of sunnyvale divide and conquer policy (these neighbors have since separated/divorced and are moving away soon)...

then came the bush administration's bogus bird flu hype, which mister olenak bought hook-line-and-sinker, being the old impressionable man he is...mister-o became convinced that if i stopped feeding the ducks, it would save all of humanity from a bird flu epidemic, and the mainstream media was feeding this unfounded fear by hyping bird flu to be something it clearly is not (i had the focus of almost the entire 'iluminati' upon me, which is kind of cool if you ask me; it means i'm a powerful force to be reckoned with)...

and with a little help from a certain nosey san jose mercury news reporter (who has since retired - gee; why does everyone retire after their encounters with me?) who somehow found out my address and invited himself over to my house one day to cause trouble by writing derisively/indifferently about ducks being run over in his column, the unrest was brought over to the lake terrace apartments as well, where a conspiracy of apartment dwellers suddenly started attacking me out of the blue for feeding the ducks (something the lake terrace managment knew about and apparently supported) ducks which i had fed without incident for years...

then a neighbor across the street found out he had to move out of his rental house, and went berzerk...i knew the guy for years and he was a close ally of mine, but then he suddenly turned on me...he was mister olenaks' best beer drinking buddy, and he couldn't take having to move away - so he took all his anger out on me, almost attacking me one day with a friend of his...

he claimed to be mad about the ducks on his lawn, but he did nothing but protect them and speak highly of them for years, so where did this come from? (this neighbor truly seemed like a friend, but he has since moved out and i hope i never see him again)...

after this; mister olenak took over the stalking and harassing duties; he yelled indistinguishable crap at me from a distance for a few months, then finally all out attacked me one morning a few days after i called the santa clara illegal dumping hotline to report him trying to poison the ducks by pouring chemicals into the duck food across the street...

the cops i called to the scene somehow covered it up by failing to arrest mister olenak, then had the gall to question me after i had just been murderously attacked, insinuating i was somehow at fault or something!?...

then a lady santa clara cop showed up and suggested that maybe my neighbors were afraid of me or something (!?) when the only neighbor anyone is afraid of is mister olenak (everyone except me, that is) according to martha (martha is afraid of mister-o, she just won't tell him face-to-face - i also met a lady who was threatened by him and she is willing to be a witness in court for me if necessary, that is; if the city of santa clara has the gall to spend taxpayer money fighting my slam dunk case against them)...

anyway, a few weeks after this attack by mister-o (and various other people in the neighborhood at the lake terrace apartments) i was kidnapped by armed gunmen from the santa clara police department and whisked off to the santa clara police station for questioning!?...i was almost immediately released after i received an apology from my arresting officer, because my civil rights were agregiously violated - and i think he knew it...

this then planted the seed of 'maybe this duck feeding thing is wrong' in at least some of my more impressionable neighbors' heads, and since then the divide and conquer disease the government started against me has spread even further...

one of my neighbors who i will call mister simpleton, has since started getting whiney about the ducks as well...he didn't say a word about them for years, but since the bogus arrest he has started to use it as a way to get a dig at me...i just think the guy is unhappy with his life, but he shouldn't blame me for it (his wife is a real nice lady though, and his son is a star athlete who drives his red SUV too fast) he owns a landscaping business, so maybe he needs to go cut some lawns and cool off or something, you know?...

then another neighbor who was indifferent for years about the ducks started making snide remarks after the bogus arrests well...he was my good friend during my younger years, but now he too has used the arrest as a way to get a dig at me - these kind of events really show you who your friends are (he is still basically my friend, and he was just being his usual self, but let's just say he has a tendency to be his usual self at the wrong times)...

the next logical step was for the people at the house across the street where i have fed the ducks for years to get weird and turn on me...a whole bunch of cops barged into their house the morning i got attacked by mister olenak and tried to intimidate them (and apparently mister olenak has been repeatedly walking by glaring at the lady of the house) - so since then the 'maybe this duck feeding thing is wrong' thought (even though it isn't wrong) has been planted in their heads and they are starting to question whether i should feed them or not even though all of their habitat has been illegally paved over (but luckily they know that i am a real man who would rather be shot dead than sacrifice my freedom by spending one more minute in a jail torture cell for feeding ducks, due to the psychotic nature of our two party system of government -- no! no! no! -- i am a serious dissenter who knows his un/inalienable rights - i am willing to give my life for my cause, and besides; i know the local governments don't want some bloody public relations nightmare on their hands - and speaking of blood; why is it that i can have blood repeatedly drawn through neighborhood violence (as well as police brutality) with no arrests made, but the person who allegedly repeatedly fondled ms. perkins' royal buttocks (a hypothetical situation) is now a registered sex offender? - can anyone say DISCRIMINATION? how about INAPPROPRIATE TOUCHING? - i didn't think so - my suit aginst the city of santa clara will include the following charges; a) civil rights violation(s), b) discrimination, c) ignoring exculpatory evidence, d) police harassment and/or intimidation; e) failing to protect and serve, and f) being a bunch of fuckin' nazis from hell...

i was warned by an old lady who recently passed away that during the last reagan/bush republican/illuminati presidential era, neighbors were unfriendly to other neighbors and people seemed to care only about themselves, and we are unfortunately in another one of those evil eras right now...it seems strange to me that a political party based upon christian faith and loving your neighbor would cause such hatred amongst the people, but they do nonetheless - the good side to all this is that i am closer than ever to a neighbor lady who is a teacher - i have been helping her by taking care of her yard due to the fact that she has very little time...

in retrospect; the government constantly divides and conquers the populace on a variety of levels at all times to keep us all nicely controllable; division between the sexes, division by age, gender, ethnicity etc - we are all merely pawns in the government's chess game of divide and rule, but we don't have to allow ourselves to be played this way...

i have been searching myself for the reason why i feel relatively indifferent towards the virginia tech massacre, and i think it has alot to do with the fact that i hear about people being blown up in iraq and afghanistan on what seems like a daily basis, so at this point i'm numb - and after seeing the mainstream media all but ignore the untimely death of my brother, then continue running car ads that encourage people to drive around like maniacs; it makes me wonder who is in charge of deciding which death is more important than the other - you know; who exactly has their head up their ass and who is going to pull it out for them?

WHAT CROSSWALK?

i talked to an old friend last week who claimed his wife got recently run over and killed in a crosswalk in san jose, and other people have supposedly been either killed or injured in this same crosswalk, so he is now pursuing a $2.5 million dollar lawsuit against the city of san jose to make sure it never happens again (he has secured a great lawyer from marin county, a lawyer i will be contacting for my own purposes soon)...

he was not alerted about his wife's death until many hours after the accident when she had already passed away, and he is still extremely emotionally distraught over how the incident was treated...adding to this; one of the SJ cops on the scene waved-on one of two vehicles which witnessed the event, and the teenage driver (the daughter of a rich local mountainside resident with government clout) who killed his wife basically had her hand slapped and was not punished for the incident...

since then my friend has been repeatedly harassed by various individuals (including the police) who appear to be out to silence him for 'knowing too much' and threatening to dig his paws into city coffers $$$ - and he even alluded to the strong possibility that his ex-employer (a construction company from los gatos) may be tied in with organized crime, and/or that the father of the teenage driver who killed his wife may have contaced this ex-employer to gather information on him to use in the court case against him...

what it amounts to is a major conspiratorial effort to cover-up the situation, which could eventually; a) spiral out of control when the other victims' families catch wind of the situation and choose to file lawsuits as well; and/or b) cause another major redirection of government funds towards relatively lower costing traffic calming measures, which would likely outmode many cakewalking traffic cop jobs...

OK - here goes; people in the military basically kill for a living - and i don't trust or respect anyone who feels it's ok to kill another human being for any reason...

anyone who is STUPID enough to be brainwashed into killing ANYBODY for ANYTHING is a STINKIN' PIECE OF SHIT! - and i don't give a crap whether you're a grunt in the US military, or an insurgent gang member terrorist on the streets of america - you know; half my family is dead so i take this death thing very seriously...

i do not necessarily want to be around killers of any shape or form - veterans or otherwise, as i tend to consider them all war criminals for partaking in the act of state-sponsored murder (denying federal assistance to low-income communities is a form of state-sponsored terrorism because of the destabilization it causes) also! do i have to watch what i say to avoid a military commission trial for my vapid dissent? huh? - GOOD LUCK!...

yes, i do not feel comfortable with the fact that these sometimes angry, mentally deranged veterans are going to come back and be out in the bars at night, drunk with hair-trigger fuses, ready to fight and receiving secret trials (if any at all) for their bar rooms brawls; or that we all have to pay taxes for the treatment of their unfortunate mental and physical disabilities for the the next 75 years, not to mention support their families as well - and all for a war that millions of people opposed! (around the world as well as in the US) - i also do not look forward to the military police-state which will be created by all the veterans who will return home to become nazi cops...

furthermore; it is foolish to think the war in iraq is making me or anybody else more safe or secure, when it is in fact putting us all at risk for a variety of reasons; from the national debt which is spiraling out of control - to procrastination and foot dragging when it comes to finding real-time solutions to the global warming problem; every bomb dropped and every day of occupation pisses off more people who could come back to haunt the US later on down the line...something has got to give...

and! did you know that john wilkes booth was trained by the US military, and john allen mohammed as well?...how about timothy mcveigh? - that's right; some of our country's BIGGEST disasters were caused by military-trained individuals!...

not to mention the fact that many military personnel are in fact gay (don't ask, don't tell? - you know; i have nothing against homosexuality, other than the fact that soldiers often take showers and walk around half-naked in their tighty whitey's together in the barracks, much like P.E. showers in high school, which i always hated - why can't we have co-ed showers in public schools to encourage heterosexuality instead of homosexuality in our young folks?) and the military personnel who aren't homosexual face strict laws against 'fraternization' (see: eunuch) - so what we have here is a bunch of highly-trained, heavily socially-engineered and sexually controlled, largely asexual and/or homosexual killers, laying in wait to murder innocent people in other countries (i'll bet you almost every killer on death row has a 'good' excuse for his or her actions) for new oil supplies and/or profits - gee; if that's not honorable, i don't know what is!...

the bottom line is this; john lennon opposed war; therefore i oppose war - it's really that simple...

in response to the latest appeals court decision attempting to obstruct democracy here in america:

it's the same old argument of the 1960s; why is it ok for an 18 year old to die and/or kill for the military, but not ok for that same 18 year old to drink and/or smoke?...

my grampa used to get medicinal alcohol by prescription, and while society has gone back and forth with it's attitudes towards alcohol consumption since then, recent studies have shown that moderate amounts of alcohol do in fact have some medicinal qualities (and likewise; the U.S. government can't spread AIDS into the human population, then deny their unsuspecting victims of medicine that actually helps them)

my point is this; even WHEN marijuana is fully legalized, there will probably be certain segments of our society fighting against it's usage just like the continuing fight against alcohol...

the truth is; the federal law which criminalized marijuana was signed by an impeached president [nixon] therefore it is all but meaningless at this point in time - and an updated new E.S.A. could be signed by the next democratic president - so why can't congress draft a new law allowing selective expungement of laws signed by any impeached president, then start the impeachment process?...

and like i have said so many times before; in this proud 'democracy' we call america, roughly half the voting electorate has legalized marijuana for medicinal usage, but it's going to take a regime change and/or the establishment of a true deepened democratic state before the will of the people is fully realized and/or self-actualized...

if not, we could be in for a messy uprising here in america just like they had recently in china, brought about by an increasing population of ignored and/or invisible people...nine people in the supreme court cannot possibly represent nine million people - nine people can only truly represent nine people, and this should be obvious to everyone...

THE IMMIGRATION ISSUE

i grew up for the first 5 years of my life in west covina california (the birthplace of motley crue's vince neil) and my best friend there was named quito - he lived a few doors down and one time his mom made us both superman capes...

when i later moved north to the SF bay area, my next door neighbors were the martinez's (i remember moving here and seeing quito road then thinking; "that's my friend!") mrs. martinez would make a million tamales once a year, and i still eat tamales regularly (i love mexican food)...

after my mother passed away, mrs. martinez became a surrogate mother of sorts to me - and when i cried after seeing my brothers' body in a coffin she was there with her hand on my shoulder (i honestly believe she is an angel in human form) - and to this day; one of my best old buddies is a martinez family cousin nicknamed yogi (see yogi's chicken recipe in THE BACK DOOR section of www.likroper.com) i saw him at the bar the other week and we bullshitted and hung out for quite a while...

then when you add in the fact that practically everything under the sun is named after something of hispanic origin (santa cruz, san francisco, san jose, los angeles, san luis obispo, san juan capistrano etc etc etc) this unresolved immigration issue is nothing more than a slap in the face to all of us - in fact; i have never had a bad encounter with anyone who appeared to be an illegal visitor to this country...

(you know; one thing no one ever takes into consideration is the fact that almost all mexican people are at least 1/2 native american and/or mayan in descent, and in america all you need to be is 1/13 native american to be considered for tribal status, so why can't the native american tribes step in and help resolve this issue?)

anyway, my point is this; the united states is essentially a country comprised of immigrants; and while this country cannot possibly develop the amount of land needed to satisfy the demands of every immigrant wanting to relocate to this country at this point in time (due to sustainable land use issues, ect) we can still allow people to visit in a way that is safe and organized...while there are no easy answers; the immigration issue is something that must be resolved in a timely fashion for the good of all...

LRE NOTE: UNITED WE STAND ~ DIVIDED WE FALL - it makes me wonder if the federal government is not dragging their feet on this issue; 1) to purposefully destabilize our democratic voting bloc and/or; 2) to help shut down the agricultural industry by depriving it of necessary workers to therefore force farmers to sell of land to bush administration developers?...either way; the republican party's racially divisive policies have once again created purposeful ethnic unrest by causing the police in 'liberal' areas of the country to become more forceful and use less discretion while at work, which is now causing increased friciton between races - even though i am a caucasian and i had wrongful force used against me by a latino cop (in fact; i had a black and a latino giving me dirty looks just today, and this is exactly what at least some people in our government want; CHAOS DISORDER AND HATRED amongst the races) and! the san jose police having a news conference and admitting to using force more against black and latinos than caucasians only throws fuel on the illuminati's purposeful fire, a fire the police will be called in to put out when/if another republican-sponsored race war like the rodney king an/or zoot suit riots occurs - believe me; there are forces at work within our government (and even in the media in certain aspects of MTV/VH1 and CNN programming like lou dobbs tonight and/or glenn beck; two white guys being paid by CNN to essentially give one side of the story and create racial unrest in america) that want the races to be divided and fight amongst themselves for fun and profit, but all this really does is destabilize democratic voting blocs and cause unrest - and this is precisely the trap that has been laid out; because if 'they' can get us all fighting amongst ourselves then who will be focusing on them?...at the end of every republican presidential era the grand finale is a race riot, so let's all please quit being pawns in the game and show some restraint so 'they' do not get their way this time around...

IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH?

The terms of political discourse typically have two meanings. One is the dictionary meaning, and the other is a meaning that is useful for serving power -- the doctrinal meaning.

Take democracy. According to the common-sense meaning, a society is democratic to the extent that people can participate in a meaningful way in managing their affairs. But the doctrinal meaning of democracy is different -- it refers to a system in which decisions are made by sectors of the business community and related elites. The public are to be only "spectators of action," not "participants," as leading democratic theorists (in this case, Walter Lippmann) have explained. They are permitted to ratify the decisions of their betters and to lend their support to one or another of them, but not to interfere with matters -- like public policy -- that are none of their business.

If segments of the public depart from their apathy and begin to organize and enter the public arena, that's not democracy. Rather, it's a crisis of democracy in proper technical usage, a threat that has to be overcome in one or another way: in El Salvador, by death squads -- at home, by more subtle and indirect means.

Or take free enterprise, a term that refers, in practice, to a system of public subsidy and private profit, with massive government intervention in the economy to maintain a welfare state for the rich. In fact, in acceptable usage, just about any phrase containing the word "free" is likely to mean something like the opposite of its actual meaning.

Or take defense against aggression, a phrase that's used -- predictably -- to refer to aggression. When the US attacked South Vietnam in the early 1960s, the liberal hero Adlai Stevenson (among others) explained that we were defending South Vietnam against "internal aggression" -- that is, the aggression of South Vietnamese peasants against the US air force and a US-run mercenary army, which were driving them out of their homes and into concentration camps where they could be "protected" from the southern guerrillas. In fact, these peasants willingly supported the guerillas, while the US client regime was an empty shell, as was agreed on all sides.

Last December, the Justice Department fired eight U.S. Attorneys for no good reason. The purge threw a monkey wrench into several ongoing investigations of political corruption. One large-scale probe was uncovering a scandal-ridden trail leading from the CIA to the Congress and possibly the White House. Were these prosecutors getting too close for comfort for this Administration?

Bush's Justice Department was using a little-known part of the so-called "Patriot Act" reauthorization passed by the 109th Congress. The law allows the President to replace the fired prosecutors indefinitely with stand-in partisan cronies who are less likely to investigate wrongdoers in the Bush Administration.

Thankfully, many of the fired prosecutors have spoken out and Congress is responding. Hearings are being scheduled in the Judiciary Committees in the House and Senate. Also, legislation has been introduced that would put an end to this dangerous partisan cudgel by restoring previous limitations on the ability of the President to appoint U.S. Attorneys indefinitely.

U.S. Attorneys committed to cleaning up politics should be honored, not summarily fired. The mass firings send a chilling message to all who are working to expose government corruption. Let's stop this dangerous misuse of presidential power and restore our system of checks and balances so we can clean up Washington, instead of making it worse.

i know the main problem the earth faces at this point in time is human overpopulation and destruction of resources (and this has alot to do with why our government is at war; to violently depopulate the earth) but i'm not here to talk about that; i heard about your pigeon population, and i am one of those people who wouldn't stop feeding birds if you held a gun to my head (city of santa clara) so listen up!

HAWKS are by far the most natural solution for pigeon overpopulation - we have quite a few hawks in this neighborhood and they help to keep populations in check (see: ECOSYSTEM) - so please consider the natural solution...

(by the way; the city of SC went as far as throwing me to the ground and bloodying me up, and now they face a messy lawsuit for egregiously violating my civil rights, when the only mistake i really made was speaking dissent at a city council meeting ~ also; i have a real problem with any form of discrimination whether it be against human or animal, and singling out a successful population of birds is wrong-headed, as they are one of the only species hearty enough to survive humankind's wrath, so their population growth should be seen as good in this light; and! those pigeons could also be a viable food source for humans in a disaster situation, so this should be considered as well)

BAD COP ~ NO DONUT

VESUVIO'S PIZZA SKATEBOARD INCIDENT - one night when i was riding my skateboard on the old el camino real cruise strip in a parking lot in santa clara right by vesuvio's pizza, i made the mistake of asking a cop passing by what time it was...he then got out of his car then ordered me to leave, so i jumped on my skateboard and started to take off into the street...he then said to stop and come back, because riding a skateboard in the street is illegal!?!...he then gave me a ticket which i contested in court...basically, the cop showed up to court and lied about the whole thing, but i think the judge knew and reduced my fine from $36 to $18 or $16 or something...this was my first experience with a cop lying or misrepresenting himself in court...

CRUISING THE EL CAMINO - i went out cruising on the el camino real on a saturday night with a friend (who has since passed away - R.I.P) named scott back in about 1981...we were driving along when a cop on the other side of the street suddenly jumped his car over the median island and came after us in hot pursuit...he got behind our car and called out the driver's name over his loudspeaker (santa clara police cars had just been fitted with new computer equipment - the first in the nation i believe)

he pulled over and scott jumped out first at their command, then after i stuffed a half ounce of brown columbian weed down into my underwear, i jumped out screaming at the cops something like "what's this all about!?!" or something...they said; "DOWN ON YOUR KNEES! - HANDS IN THE AIR!" - so i said; "ok ok"...about eight other officers had just arrived and they had about eight shotguns pointed at our heads...they said the car we were driving matched the description of a car that had just robbed a liquor store...realizing that we were the wrong people, they looked at us with hateful glares - like they wish they had shot us, and let us go...they never found my weed, and they couldn't without looking like weirdos...

VOMIT LAUNCH - i have an old friend from high school who used to be a champion wrestler, and he told me that one night back in the 1980s (after wrongfully getting involved in a minor scuffle with bouncers while leaving a bar in cupertino) he wrestled a cop for a minute and accidentally broke his arm with a bad wrestling move...oops...this is obviously a bad thing to do, but even worse - as about three or four cops watched (along with a friend that we call 'cueball' - who witnessed the event as well) ben was then held to the ground with a cop standing on his neck and his face down to the pavement, and about to suffocate from his own alcohol induced vomit! - cueball called out to the cop 'stop standing on his neck!' or something...if cueball hadn't said anything about it, ben would likely have suffocated on his own vomit and died...

WHERE IS MY $15? - a friend of mine who was a roadie for a cover band playing in mountain view back in the mid 1990s was approached by several police officers one night and asked for identification...after his wallet passed through the hands of the many officers, it came back to him with $15 dollars missing!?!...

SPEAK OUT IF YOU DARE - i used to write only pleasant things in my only good newsletter, then at one point for whatever reason it turned a bit to the right...i added my first bit of 'bad news' about the police to my good newsletter, and i think someone in the sunnyvale police department did not like it...the very next week i noticed a cop sitting in the patrick henry parking lot while running down at the peterson field...there had not been a cop sitting in the patrick henry parking lot for as long as i can remember when i exercised, and suddenly right after the first time i wrote some 'anti-government sentiments' (in other words; bad news about cops) there was suddenly a cop sitting ominously in the patrick henry parking lot...

then right before running one day, and about a week or so after noticing the sunnyvale cop in the patrick henry parking lot, an asian sunnyvale cop with a police dog was doing everything but trying to sick his police dog on me as i started running (too bad because all dogs love me, but nice try) - also, i had been bringing the local squirrels apples and sunflower seeds for years at the time (and still do) and after leaving my gift of food for the squirrels that day, i noticed another sunnyvale cop out inspecting the squirrel food that i left under the trees, like he was searching for illicit substances or something...

SANTA CLARA COP INCIDENT - a few years back before the questionable new taser weapon was introduced, i first attempted to get the city of santa clara to do something about the speeders in the neighborhood, and had a strange encounter with a santa clara cop shortly after...after i first called the city of santa clara's traffic engineering to get some help with street signage, i got on my bike after intensely practicing drums for an hour, and headed over to my british guitar player friend's house...on the way, i found a dead squirrel and saw another squirrel up in a tree in distress over the loss (squirrels are much more advanced socially than once thought)...i got pissed off and quickly made up two signs saying 'road kill is murder' and put one sign down the street on a stop sign...i was carrying the other sign to my friend's place when i saw a santa clara cop stopped in a crosswalk right where i had to turn...i then sort of sped past his driver's door on my bike and startled him while he was looking down at his notes or whatever, and he turned his car around and came after me...

after stopping me, one of the first things he asked was if he could see my driver's license, when i was riding my bike!...he then pushed me up against the wall, said my pulse was racing and asked if i was on drugs (well gee, i just rode my bike at a hundred miles an hour, i am pissed off about the dead squirrel, i just finished playing drums for an hour and i am being hassled by a cop! damn right my pulse is racing!)...

he didn't like my attitude so he put one hand on his gun holster and took a quick look over his shoulder to assess whether he should shoot me or not...seeing a row of apartments behind him (the lake terrace apartments) he declined to pull out his gun - i then said rather forcefully 'you wouldn't even be here if i hadn't called traffic engineering a few days ago!'...he got a funny look on his face, got into his car and quickly exited the scene (little did the cop know, my british guitar player friend was watching the whole thing through the window of his girlfriend's duplex, right over my shoulder - he was deported a few months later, perhaps in part for witnessing this event)...

THE BOGUS RESTRAINING ORDER - i used to feed ducks right outside my window in the morning, and one particular morning i noticed a neighbor of mine attempting to run the ducks over...the very next morning i went out and tried to protect the ducks from his vehicular assault by waving my arms in front of his car when he was about 50 ft away, but he did not see me and if i did not move he would have run me over along with the ducks...i had been emailing the city of sunnyvale for a few months at the time, trying to get them to do something about the traffic and speeding in our neighborhood, and due to their lack of action thereof, the ducks blocking the street suited me just fine, because i really didn't care how the traffic was controlled, as long as it was...

the morning after this, i stood on the curb and out of harm's way from my irate neighbor, and sort of bapped on his side window lightly as he ripped by...he pulled all the way over to the opposite curb and i went over to his driver's side window, saying something like "you need to slow down"...he then attempted to grab my ponytail and threw a lame punch at me through his half-opened car window - i backed off, got his license plate number and went into the house to call the police, and he then fled the scene...

three officers came rushing over and i greeted them in the street...the first thing the cops did was look at the 15 or so stunned looking ducks standing in the street like they were suspects or something...then rookie officer dischler was given the case, and one of the other cops gave me the most evil look i have ever gotten from anyone in my life (other than santa clara mayor patricia mahan) slammed his door and tore off - sunnyvale police were overworked on the nightshift at the time and they hated their boss, who fired a sunnyvale cop once for suggesting that the sunnyvale PD be nicer to people on the beat (we live in a town with a military base on it, so i think the 'abu ghraib' mentality sort of seeps over through osmosis to the local police or something)

officer dischler went to the front door of my irate neighbor and was greeted by his wife, who then called her husband at work - he corroborated the whole story to dischler and no report was written because i declined to press charges and just wanted him to be warned about his unsafe driving - dischler told him to go around the block the other way and avoid driving by my house...

now, at this point i had been emailing the city of sunnyvale (as lik roper) for about five months or so, asking for assistance with the speeding in the neighborhood, which during the failed internet-boom experiment was about one car every 10 seconds or so...then after almost being run over and assaulted by my neighbor, i then emailed with my real name and threatened to sue the cities over my neighborly mishap...i printed out a few copies of this same hastily written email (which i still have a copy of) and gave a few to my neighbors as well...

over the next few days, my irate neighbor ignored officer dischler's instructions to avoid my part of the neighborhood, and continued ripping by my house, and this time rather threateningly...i called the sunnyvale police non-emergency line to say that i thought pressing charges might be the right thing to do now, and female officer rice was very nice and urged me to just let the situation drop...i called again and got dischler's older brother on the phone this time (the same officer dischler in the GOOD COP blog segment - he has since made up for this by turning out to be pretty cool i guess) i said something like, "i don't want to sue you guys, i just want you to patrol the neighborhood for speeders" - his voice got really low and mean, and he asked me my name and the address where i lived, and hung up the phone...

i gave up on the SVPD at that point, and then attempted communicating directly with my neighbor by leaving a note and one of my lik roper music from outer space CDs in his front yard - i also left a note in his windshield saying something like "you will (hopefully) be charged with attempted vehicular manslaughter - merry christmas!" (the very next christmas eve my brother died in a head on collision, and the charge against the driver who killed him was vehicular manslaughter...is this just a coincidence?)...

a few days after giving up on the SVPD and leaving the notes in neighbor's yard, two cops showed up (one of them officer matt beninger) and said "there's a skirmish down at city hall", and then gave me a temporary restraining order (with no authorization stamp on the back) essentially banning me from standing in the street where i almost got run over, or from being in the house that i live in!?! - can anyone say "crooked cops"? - i didn't think so...

now, an old friend from high school happened to come by a few days later and he had lots of experience with this kind of stuff...he was on a citizen-run civil rights task force and had his share of being hassled by corrupt cops in courtrooms, etc - he even had a previous questionable run in with officer beninger (government officials often use cops as thugs to get their way and shove their agendas up our pipelines, so to speak) he instructed me to go down immediately and get my 911 police report as evidence - when the stunned-looking clerk brought the emergency 911 report to me, it was all blacked out (and i still have a copy of it, but it says i can't copy it to expose the police corruption - maybe i'll post it on my web site) hmmm...

i went to the restraining order hearing a few weeks later with my blacked out 911 call report, and officer beninger showed up in his SVPD squad car to stand next to my attacker and his wife during the hearing!?!...not feeling like i had to make any excuses whatsoever about being assaulted and almost run over by my asshole neighbor, i guess you can say that i took the fifth during the proceeding...the lady judge knew that something was awry and said to officer beninger "isn't this a neighborhood matter?" - she sent us off to try and talk it over and beninger made me sit with my accusers, instead of separating us first like he was supposed to...the mediation session then sort of blew up (as beninger likely planned) and we went back into the courtroom - my irate neighbor's wife put on a good act and acted hysterical, and the judge knew i was not going to fight it, so she just sort of ran me through...

she said that i can't own a gun; well, i have never owned a gun and never planned on owning one because i am a real man; she named off an insulting laundry list of things that i cannot do to my neighbors (including molest them, of all things!?! yeh right!) she also said that accepting this restraining order is not an admission of guilt, nor will it be on public record (she may have been doing it to protect my reputation, but it still makes it a little too secret for my likings)...once i accepted the bogus restraining order, the deputies in the courtroom suddenly started looking at me threateningly, like i was a criminal now or something!?!...

beninger got his restraining order and successfully thwarted my chances at a lawsuit against the city (which i never really wanted to do anyway [until now that is] the only language they understand is; "i'm gonna sue you guys") then suddenly got all friendly as we said goodbye after the hearing - i then asked beninger "did you ever talk to officer dischler?" (with two witnesses present, mind you) and officer beninger then said "who's officer dischler?"...

when it was all over, the much-hated sunnyvale police chief retired, and the sunnyvale police were ordered by the city council to take a report for every call, no matter how seemingly unimportant it may seem, because you never know - oh, and my irate neighbor eventually moved away, about a month or so after a large volcanic rock from his front yard ended being up thrown through my neighbor's windshield - the sunnyvale police almost did not show up when called for this...i pretty much gave up on trying to get the city of sunnyvale to do their jobs until...

WHAT EMAIL? - a few months ago as i was gazing out my kitchen window, i saw a lady trying to cross a crosswalk on the street by my house...she waited and waited for all the speeding SUVs full of miniature human cargo to speed by, and i finally got pissed off and ran out in the middle of the crosswalk to stop the cars, much like a crossing guard...this allowed her and her baby to safely cross the street (the same street that the city of santa clara still refuses to patrol, by the way)...

after this, i went inside and fired off some emails explaining the crosswalk event to my usual chain of command (the UN, the president, the congress, many major newspaper editorial columns all over the US etc) and to be sneaky, one email was sent to the city of santa clara and city of sunnyvale with my cross street listed, and another email was to the aforementioned list of major players listed above without the cross streets...the very next day a cop was sitting outside the house, right at the cross streets listed in the email i sent the day before!...

i thought nothing of it until later that afternoon when i went to get a haircut and came back home...my room mate said the same cop sitting outside my house came by and said that i supposedly 'chased a little girl', but the story was later recanted by the tiny accuser...i wasn't there to see the look he had on his face, so i cannot tell whether the cop was being purposefully full of shit as some kind of draconian social engineering maneuver, or just reacting to a bogus complaint...either way, i once again caught the government with their pants down - up to their usual tricks of character assassination - and he never came back again...i always knew the government was half crooked, but i had no idea!...

ACHTUNG GI-JOE! - well well well, it seems that all the important lessons of joseph mcnamara have gone by the wayside for idiot cops once again!...the government gives them jobs straight-outa-the-military so they can take their zombie-like GI-JOE attitudes to the streets (listen up, government; people will be less likely to come forward when they witness a crime in progress, if the cops continue to be jerks about it - read on...) i helped the santa clara police catch some guys escaping a hit and run yesterday because i witnessed the criminals abandoning their damaged car, but while two of three offficers i dealt with were very nice, one clearly was not; he was a real jerk - let's just call him GI-JOE...

when GI-JOE showed up on his motorcycle, he first off treated me almost like a suspect - this guy was like a robot-zombie...i get the feeling he is suffering from extreme post-traumatic stress syndrome from either his police work or from the military (one or the other, maybe both?)...the lady police officer that i talked to first was very nice, and the second motorcycle cop was pleasant as well, but not GI-JOE...after joe arrived, lady cop stopped smiling and being nice...at one point i was just sort of standing there innocently looking down at the suspect's car, and GI-JOE barked out an order to step away from the car - whoa GI-JOE, cool yer jets already!...after he took my driver's license number for his police report, he then gave me back my license, waited a minute and asked what i was doing still standing there!?! - he didn't even thank me for my cooperation!?!

(GI-JOE may think he's real tough or whatever, but i can kick his ass at arm wrestling any day, along with governor arnold! - got it mister GI-JOE? sure, you're baddas, but i am badder asser! [?] why? because i am alot nicer than you, i can sing like a screamin' banshee and i can pound on the drums like no other!...and just because you have a shaved head doesn't make you a real man! - it just means that you have a shaved head...dude, you're a macho-man robot, time to lossen up and take your silly self less seriously! - i know, you're a cop, so what am i gonna do about it, right?...I'M GONNA WRITE ABOUT IT, THAT'S WHAT!?!)

VIETNAM - i suppose the best thing for any good democratic activist to do now is to say things so outrageous (yet true) that most republicans will self-destruct, therefore ridding us of the great republican evil by sending them all up swift boat creek with no shovel; so here goes - in a sense, many soldiers are a dangerous cross between an international diplomat, trained killer, and cop...

1) i was talking to 'the old man with the dog' while cleaning up the peterson field recently, and he told me some troubling things...back in the 1960s he worked in a kodak photo processing lab, and used to develop photos for soldiers in vietnam...he saw many gruesome pictures, including a picture of a decapitated vietnamese man's head with a cigarette hanging from his mouth, among other things...the head was apparently kicked around like a soccer ball...

2) i was out working years back when i came upon a vietnam veteran in a water store...he said that the troops used to go from village to village, systematically torching the huts, killing the men and children, and raping the women - and sometimes finding a wife in the process!...his soul sort of shook while tellin me about this, and it was obvious to me right then that this war thing has got to end once and for all, because of the sacrifice of the souls of men (and now increasingly more women), and regardless of the $15 worth of pot metal that makes up the medals awarded...

3) another account i heard was from a guy named dale who was 36 years old when i was 18...he seemed ancient at the time, and now i'm older than he was then...he was the guitar player and singer of a band i was in back in high school called 'blaze'...he was heavily into southern rock and sang 'there goes another love song' by the outlaws just like the record - no shit...being the young, horny and relatively inexperienced lad that i was at the time, i really wanted to get laid, and dale said "don't worry, once the band gets playing you'll get some puss" - and i did...that's what he said! (i believe in telling the truth) anyway, he said that one time his wife surprised him by jumping out of the bushes by the front door, and he almost lost it...he went down to the gun position and freaked out - she never did that again (he suffered from post traumatic stress syndrome) also; agent orange made him sterile so that he could not have a child, and this caused them much grief...the first day dale got to vietnam back when he was 18, someone yelled 'gook!' and shot a machine gun into a bush nearby...they pulled out a dead body and a tank came in and did donuts on top of the body - once again, this was his first day in vietnam and as he told me, he immediately grew up when he saw this happen...crazy north vietnamese guys used to go around with a piece of wire and two handles on the ends, chopping off soldiers' heads in the middle of the night and putting the heads up on their guns...soldiers' buddies would often awaken to their buddys' head up on top of their gun - some would go crazy and turn their machine guns on their own troops, only to be killed - dale slept with one eye open at all times, even after returning home...many soldiers in vietnam used to be on drugs all the time to take their minds off the bullets flying overhead, while laying in the trenches covered with ants and feces just a few feet over...he said they used to go to opium dens and gell out for days at a time just to escape the war - and many of the soldiers stuffed their GI bags full of drugs and went home with their new overseas connections and drug habits to feed all of their friends and family the newfound drugs...

4) back in high school i had a friend named brett who later went into the military - he said that while on duty in grenada, he witnessed US military aircraft accidentally take out a whole city block of residential neighborhood - oops!?! there goes gramma!?!...ever wonder why some people in grenada are pissed off at america and/or americans?...

5) a guy named james (who later became an mtv cameraman) was the 32 year old manager - rhythm and two finger lead guitar player - and singer of a san jose based band called 'panzer' (we used to practice on talyor street in san jose)...panzer played heavy metal and the german panzer tank was the heaviest tank in WWII, but it didn't matter because some people would make fun of the name and call the band panzie instead, because for some odd reason our bass player wore black tights onstage (james got really mad one night when the band asked him to stop playing guitar and just be the manager - his strong point) anyway, while sitting in a florida bar right after his duty in vietnam as an unemployed veteran, some guy asked him if he wanted to run drugs from islands off the florida coast in small boats for $500 per trip...he agreed and did that for quite awhile...he said that many soldiers kept their connections from overseas and got the best thai sticks you ever saw - the kind we used to see back in high school (the kind that sadly dried up during the reagan era)...aircraft used to drop containers off the coast weighed down with weights and guided by divers to the coastline, only to be abandoned after emptying - but this left evidence that eventually led to the end of this practice (one time somebody found one of these containers broken open on the beach full of thai sticks!) back in the early 1980s there used to be the best columbian gold buds, lots of seeds but way stony weed (hash, etc) high school was great...

heterosexual women often get irritated at men who 'harass them sexually', and while this form of 'harassment' is a generally legal act (see: freedom of association and the first amendment) it probably can be a bit annoying at times, and especially at work...

well i've got news for y'all, cuz it really doesn't matter whether you're - a) a major corporation with stockholders who determine what you write about, a video camera and independent thoughts dedicated to print; or - b) a private individual with no stockholders to answer to, a video camera and independent thoughts dedicated to print - in a very large sense IT'S THE EXACT SAME THING, the only difference is that POWER HAS NOW BEEN DECENTRALIZED and at least some people within the government and/or the government-controlled media are up in arms about this turn from the putrid old 'one voice of america' mentality (you must remember that the internet was once only for the military and it was a bit of a struggle to turn it into the public institution that it is)...

i have a friend who is constantly speculating about a homosexual conspiracy here in america after he was allowed by prison guards to be raped by homosexual gang members during a year long incarceration...he was not 'corrected' by this incarceration, in fact he is in worse shape now than when he went in for a petty prescription fraud crime, so thanks for nothing government...anyway, i have been thinking about this 'homosexual conspiracy' crap and the more i think about it, the more it makes sense...

(after my friend was released from the elmwood jail facility, i heard prison guards call the now-defunct KSJO radio station and joke about their mistreatment of prisoners)

and while i tend to think consentual homosexuality is totally acceptable; i am troubled by certain aspects of our society - first off; you take a shower your whole life behind closed doors, and even your family does not see you naked - then suddenly in the seventh grade 'they' start getting you ready for the US military by making you strip naked and take showers with total strangers!? [question: why do 'they' force us all into mass-public exposure in P.E. class showers, then turn around and arrest people for exposing themselves in public?! - i mean, after all; who taught us to expose ourselves in P.E. class?!]...

then it gets even weirder because; if a rape supposedly occured to a woman (it doesn't matter if it really happened - all she needs to do is make allegations), fox news shuts down all other programming to obsessively focus on the alleged molestation - but on the other hand; if a rape occurs to a man in prison, it is considered part of his 'corrections'...this is why my friend says we have a homosexual conspiracy here in america, and i think he is absolutely right...

i think sally lieber's idea about retroactively punishing those who used their bodies 'inappropriately' during the height of the sexual revolution is wrong-headed because sometimes behavior one lover accepts, another will reject; as he or she makes his or her way down the sexual wisecracker line, one never knows quite what to expect (all this latest focus on who may have stuck his or her finger in who's ass and when is really all a big distraction from all the violent government-sanctioned US military terrorist cluster-bombers overseas who are about to come back home and raise a violent havoc with their newfound mental illnesses and freedoms, then receive secret trials afterwards - or medals!?)...

sally is more worried about the sexually-starved sucker dude who got led into a bedroom 20 years ago by a beautiful naked gal who coaxed him into bed and cried rape after he actually had the guts to stick it in her, because after all; a woman changes her mind every breath, so what she did last night has absolutely no bearing on what she wakes up thinking today - tell me i'm wrong, bitch! (and this is just a small part of the reason women do not run the world - yet)...

AAAAAAAAH! - all men start out as innocent boys until they get corrupted somewhere along the way by some evil woman)...

anyway, this cool rocker chick said if some dumb woman leads some poor horny sucker into a room and gets naked and nailed, then she is just asking for it because a man's mind works one way without an erection - and another altogether when the erection occurs - it's like men are using a different part of their brain when erect or something, and since everything a woman does is seen as a signal to men (since women seem unable to say EXACTLY what they mean, giving us subtle hints to decipher along the way like some secret code) all men can do is guess - and sometimes men guess wrong, plain and simple...

i suggest women start communicating EXACTLY what they feel from this point forward, instead of leaving an endless trail of subtle hints for all the poor sexually-starved suckers out there to decipher...either that or legalize prostitution...is that too much to ask?...

you know; the sexual revolution led to a new understanding between men and women; a greater communication between the sexes than ever before, and many within our goverment had a real problem with with this (and you know; i think they still do, because after all; wouldn't at least some of you out there love for me to just SHUT UP?)...

you have to remember the crazy religion-fueled fervor driving the anti-homosexual marriage movement comes from the same place as the backlash against the sexual revolutions' heterosexual counterparts (the difference is that the anti-heterosexual movement is also populated by heterosexual-hating gays, giving it more 'umph'); it's largely a bunch of feminazi/religious zealots telling us what we need to do with our bodies...

the real problem is that our lawmakers are either these sort of picture-perfect squeaky-clean christians (who throw molesters in jail for 800 years while the guy who killed my brother got out of jail in just over two years!? talk about INSULTING!) in their perfect little squeaky clean $$$ christian relationships $$$ (folks who are often totally delusional when it comes to other peoples' realities), either that or retaliatory gays seizing power to avenge all those evil heteros...you tell me, what is the difference?...

or you know; what about that slutty chick i heard about years ago who was sitting on the floor naked at a party full of men snorting coke and doing sexual favors for all of them?...what about her?...and what about the twenty something year old i set up with the "i want to get laid" lady last week?...for extreme instance; what if he fucked her in the butt (consentually) then broke if off and told her she was a fat ugly bitch and he never wanted to see her ever again?
